The Start Up Package
Timeline: 4-6 Weeks
Let’s get you up and running! This is a fantastic package for any business who has no branding, or DIYed your own logo when you started off, but you have lost confidence in it and are struggling to show authority in your field. I’ll get you started off on the right foot with all the basic elements of a great responsive brand, and you can always build on your brand assets as time and cost allows. You will also receive a basic brand book to help you navigate and understand your new assets.
The Level Up Package
Timeline: 6-8 Weeks
This package is ideal for those of you who are starting to scale their business and want to level up against the competition. Has your audience or services evolved over time? Maybe you plan to take your business in a different direction and would like to charge more? You want to have confidence and authority in your market, and your current brand just isn’t helping you do that. This has everything the Start Up Package has with added extras like bespoke Canva templates, an additional brand mark and pattern. You will also receive an in-depth brand book to help you navigate and understand your new brand and assets.
The Pro Package
Timeline: 8-12 Weeks
Are you serious? You probably are if you’re thinking about this package. The Pro Package is all of the above with more added elements. We’re now laying on some additional brand marks, patterns, photography guidelines, business stationary and more Canva templates to make you stand out and stretch your brand visually online. If you choose this package you are also getting my implementation service, technical support on the day of your brand launch and a follow up when you are up and running.
Implementation & Retainer Services
Bespoke 1-12 months options
Ask yourself how confident are you at implementing your new brand across your social media platforms, building templates in Canva and producing digital or print content on a regular basis? Most of brands I’ve worked with say they aren’t and are at risk of failing at the first hurdle. This is a perfect add-on for any business who is either too busy to be in the design weeds, or just doesn’t have the right skills to produce quality outputs.
If you are in this category, then you should consider adding on this bespoke monthly retainer service. Depending on how many months you want to use this service, we will have a quick monthly check in to see what your priorities are and I will assist you in producing those assets for you to the highest standard.

My branding process
Questionnaire
Every new enquiry starts with my client questionnaire. This allows me to get an overview of what stage your business is at, your priorities and guideline budget.
Consultation
If we are the right fit, I will arrange a consultation call. From this, I develop a proposal that best suits your needs and budget. Once the proposal is accepted, you will sign a contract, and I take a 30% booking deposit. This guarantees your slot in my diary.
If we aren’t the right fit or the timing isn’t right for either of us, I will suggest other avenues for you to follow.
Brand Strategy
This is probably the most important step in the branding process. It’s where I really get under the hood about your business, its personality, your goals, your target market(s), your competition and talking around any initial ideas we may have. This forms the basis of our design brief.
Design
Now the fun really starts! I take all the information gathered to create a creative direction and multiple concepts for your new branding.
Refine
This is your chance to choose a direction and make some refinements. Quality feedback ensures we hit the mark and use those precious refinement rounds efficiently!
Handover
Once everything is finalised, I put together all the high-resolution files and transfer them to you to start using straight away or I help you implement your brand with you.

The simple answer to that is, I can't and you shouldn’t think of your brand this narrow.
You've heard the saying "Your brand is not your logo" - so my process involves looking at your brand in its entirety.
If you are looking for just a logo then I can point you in the direction of websites that can help you.

Great design starts with a solid understanding of a business and its' strategy and it’s one of my core principles as a designer to use this in all my branding projects.
It's also the building blocks of an excellent brief, which in turn, leads to a more productive project outcome. There's less time spent on revisions, which means more money in your pocket! A win win all round :)

A minimum of four to six weeks is required for my basic branding package. This allows time for consultations, strategy calls and the time required for me to create and present your brand at different stages in the process.
For my other two packages, extra time is added to accommodate the need to produce more support materials, build brand guidelines and handover your brand so you can work on it independently.
Ideally you would want to allow eight to twelve weeks for more sophisticated branding projects.

I price every business individually. I take all the information you have presented me with and base my costs on what you need and for what stage your business is at.

Absolutely! I always break projects down into payment plans to (1) make the investment a little easier for you and (2) keep the project moving with regular payments. Your first payment is non-refundable and required to save your spot in my schedule.
Then, the rest of your payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. Please note that these payments are scheduled by date, NOT by milestones in the project. I do this to avoid delays and keep the project moving.
All of your payments will be made by electronic transfer.

If you are considering a website as part of your branding or rebranding, let me know.
BUT I must flag, that I only work within the Squarespace platform at present, and do not offer E-Commerce website support. I would recommend Shopify for any e-commerce business. Your brand index will contain enough information for another designer to implement our brand to a new website design / platform.

Yes I can! I love illustrating so if you have something in mind for a project you are working on and need something bespoke for your website, social media or blog I’d be happy to have a consultation about it.
Prices will vary depending on scope, scale and complexity.

I love photography and even ran a small photography business for a while (many moons ago). But, I am not in a position to offer that service in-house anymore. I do however have amazing contacts in both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland who I'd suggest if you need bespoke photography. Please note bespoke photography is an extra cost in all packages.

Yes, absolutely!!! Every business is unique and will prioritise different extras over others. When it comes to implementing a new brand, for example, you will probably need some extras that are specific to you. If you require more than what’s included in each package I will cost them at your request.

If you live within the counties of Donegal, Republic of Ireland or Derry, Northern Ireland I am in a position to do a face to face meeting.
I like to keep my car travel to an absolute minimum, so our meetings and communication will be done as much via Zoom or recordings where possible.
