Cup Print is a leading manufacturer of customised printed paper cups, with operations in Co. Clare, Ireland, South Bend, Indiana, and a European Sales Office in Germany. They offer innovative, sustainable solutions to businesses of all sizes—from independent cafés to global event organisers.
Keeping their original logo, they wanted to refresh their brand identity to align with their updated messaging guide. The refresh aims to modernise their look and feel while maintaining consistency with their core identity. They also wanted to move away from an all-black-and-white palette and reintroduce colour to reflect their dynamic, friendly and innovative spirit. The final visual identity should evoke trust, approachability, and friendliness alongside professionalism and innovation.
-
I refined Cup Print’s color palette, shifting from stark black, white, and mismatched brights to a warm dark gray and cream base, complemented by a cohesive, vibrant spectrum. Typography was modernized with a balanced primary and secondary font. I introduced flexible graphic elements—leaf-inspired shapes, dynamic lines, and bespoke icons—to enhance brand consistency. Additionally, I redefined their photography style, emphasizing real-world product use in cafés, truck stops, and customer interactions, aligning visuals with their brand ethos.

“Mari played a pivotal role in developing our company's rebranded visual guide, which has received exceptional feedback. She skill-fully crafted a cohesive brand identity that authentically reflects our core values and messaging. Her ability to immerse herself in the brand's essence and translate it into compelling visuals is truly commendable. Since the launch of the rebrand, we've observed increased brand awareness and received fantastic feedback from internal staff and key suppliers, all attributing to Mari's exceptional work.”
