David Phelan is the founder of Lucivio Partners, a global executive search and talent advisory firm specializing in the life sciences.

Lucivio Partners helps clients grow sustainably, add value for their teams and investors, and, most importantly, deliver life-changing therapies to patients.

After 15 years in global executive search, David decided to start his own firm. He approached me to help create a brand that would reflect his expertise and unique approach in the life sciences.

Over several months, we worked together to build a brand that showcases David's warm, pragmatic, and reliable style - qualities his clients truly appreciate. The logo is simple yet meaningful, with the two 'i's subtly facing each other to reflect his one-on-one approach. The strong, modern font with a mature touch adds to this feel.

I also designed a monogram with an interconnected L&P to emphasise partnership, alongside a colour palette of deep navy with pops of orange and teals - perfect for the life sciences.

We also collaborated on his Squarespace website, adding video and motion graphics to make it visually engaging and impactful.
